Eldorado Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) was founded in 2010 by Rita "Marie" Moyer, a senior software engineer with 24 years software development experience and veteran of the United States Navy. Ms. Moyer has spent the past fifteen years with the Automated Targeting System project lending her blend of engineering expertise and import cargo business knowledge to U. S. Customs and Border Protection.
